Store terms

Last updated August 29, 2026

Parts and fitment

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate vehicle and part information. G&G may assist with fitment, but installation requirements and final compatibility must be confirmed before use.

Condition and availability

Part condition, included components, warranty information, and availability are shown with the item or quote. Inventory may change before payment is completed. G&G may correct a listing or cancel and refund an order affected by an error or unavailable item.

Online orders

Online orders require payment during checkout and may be shipped or prepared for pickup. A cart or unpaid checkout does not reserve inventory. Call-in holds follow the separate terms provided by G&G Sales.

Business accounts and credit

Business pricing, payment terms, and credit are subject to approval, limits, account status, and timely payment. G&G may place credit on hold or require another payment method when an account is overdue or exceeds its limit.

Shipping and pickup

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers must inspect pickup and shipped items promptly and report visible shipping damage according to the carrier and G&G instructions.

Acceptable use

Accounts may not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, interference, illegal activity, or impersonation. G&G may restrict access to protect customers, employees, inventory, or the business.

These terms should be reviewed with G&G’s attorney before public launch and completed with final warranty, governing-law, contact, and dispute provisions.
