Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to purchases, quotes, accounts, and use of G&G Automotive’s website and customer services. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. A person using a business account confirms that they are authorized to act for that business.

Parts, vehicle information, and fitment

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, VIN, year, make, model, trim, part, and configuration information. G&G may help identify a part, but many vehicles have production-date, trim, option, connector, body-style, and interchange differences. Unless G&G expressly confirms fitment in writing for the specific order, you or your qualified installer must verify the part number, dimensions, mounting points, connectors, color, options, and compatibility before installation, painting, cutting, or modification.

Condition, descriptions, and availability

Products may be new, aftermarket, used, recycled, remanufactured, performance, or otherwise described in the listing or quote. Used parts may show ordinary wear consistent with their disclosed condition. Photographs may be representative unless identified as the exact item. Included components are limited to what the listing, photograph, or written quote states.

Inventory and supplier availability can change. Placing an item in a cart or beginning checkout does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable, is incorrectly priced, or contains a material listing error, G&G may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

Prices, taxes, and order acceptance

Prices, discounts, shipping charges, and taxes are shown during checkout or on the applicable quote or invoice. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not require G&G to accept an order involving fraud, an obvious error, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or another reasonable business or legal concern. Online orders require approved payment unless written business-credit terms apply.

Online orders, pickup, and call-in holds

Paid online orders may be shipped or prepared for pickup as selected during checkout. Identification or order confirmation may be required at pickup. Unpaid call-in reservations are separate from online orders and remain subject to the deposit, expiration, and pickup terms provided by G&G Sales.

Shipping and inspection

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, suppliers, address problems, or events outside G&G’s reasonable control may occur. Inspect each shipment promptly. Visible shipping damage, a missing item, or a wrong item must be reported within 48 hours after delivery as described in the Returns and Order Issues Policy. Keep the product, labels, packaging, photographs, and delivery records while a claim is reviewed.

Returns and cancellations

Returns are governed by the Returns and Order Issues Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Contact G&G immediately to request cancellation. An order cannot always be cancelled after supplier processing, packing, pickup preparation, or shipment has begun.

Warranties

A product-specific warranty applies only when stated in the listing, quote, invoice, or manufacturer materials. Warranty duration and remedies vary by product. A warranty does not cover incorrect fitment information supplied by the customer, improper installation, misuse, collision, neglect, normal cosmetic wear, unauthorized repair, alteration, painting, cutting, or damage after delivery.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY ARE PROVIDED IN THEIR DISCLOSED CONDITION, “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” G&G DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT THEY MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT REDUCE RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Installation and safety

Parts must be inspected and installed by a qualified person using appropriate procedures and equipment. Stop using or installing any part that appears damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or inconsistent with its description, and contact G&G before altering it. G&G does not provide repair or installation services unless expressly stated in writing.

Business accounts and credit

Business pricing, tax treatment, payment terms, and credit are subject to application review, approval, limits, account status, and timely payment. G&G may verify submitted information, request updated documents, reduce or suspend credit, place an account on hold, or require another payment method when an account is overdue, exceeds its limit, or presents elevated risk. The business remains responsible for authorized account activity and amounts due.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials confidential and notify G&G promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You may not use the services for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, scraping, interference, malware, abusive conduct, or infringement. G&G may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, employees, inventory, systems, legal rights, or the business.

Electronic communications

You consent to receive electronic records and transactional communications at the contact information you provide, including account, quote, invoice, payment, shipping, return, and security messages. You are responsible for keeping that information current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&G will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of use arising from a product or service. G&G’s aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid to G&G for the affected product or order. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Michigan law and general terms

Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except when another law must apply. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Michigan. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the applicable order documents, and linked policies form the agreement for the transaction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future activity by posting a revised version and date. The terms in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
